Blocked or disabled account?

There are several scenarios that may lead to account blocking or disabling on our platform. For instance, attempting to log in with incorrect credentials multiple times can trigger an account disablement, while having your IP address banned or failing to complete the verification process can result in account blocking.

If your account is disabled, you will be notified by email and given the option to unblock it by following the provided instructions. In case of an IP ban, you can raise a support ticket with the ChainEX Support Team, providing all relevant details such as your IP address, and our team will assist you accordingly.
