Frequently Asked Question

Follow the steps below to place a buy or sell order:

1. Navigate and log in to chainex.io
2. Navigate to the markets page by selecting “Markets” on the top right.
3. Go to the markets section on the left side of the Markets page
4. Identify the market in which you want to trade from the tabs and rows provided under markets and select it. - e.g. you would like to sell your ETH for BTC, you would select BTC under “markets” and then ETH/BTC and pairs.
5. Insert the required information under the buy or sell inputs.
6. Then finally you will select either “Buy” or “Sell”.
