At ChainEX, we understand that accessing your account can sometimes be challenging, especially when you encounter issues such as losing your phone or forgetting your Fund PIN. We are pleased to announce that we have made it easier for you to resolve these issues, without the need to contact our support team.

If you're having trouble with your 2FA code, follow these simple steps to disable it:

1. Go to chainex.io.
2. Click on "Sign In" and enter your login credentials.
3. Click on "Sign in".
4. Under the "Authenticate" button, click "Lost your 2FA token? Click Here".
5. On the "Disable 2FA" page, read the information provided and click on "Disable 2FA".
6. On the next page, read the information and click on "Continue".
7. Check your email associated with your ChainEX account, and open the "ChainEX - Disable 2FA" email.
8. After reading the email, click on "Disable 2FA".

Please note that for security purposes, disabling your 2FA will disable all withdrawals on ChainEX, both ZAR and Crypto, for 24 hours. After the 24-hour period has passed, you can resume all withdrawals.

If you need to disable your Fund PIN, follow these steps:

1. Go to chainex.io.
2. Click on "Sign In" and enter your login credentials.
3. Click on "Sign in".
4. Navigate to the Settings page.
5. Next to Fund PIN, click on "Disable".
6. Under the "cancel" button, click on "Forgot your Fund PIN? Click Here".
7. Read the information on the "Disable Fund PIN" page and click "Confirm".
8. On the next page, read the information and click on "Continue".
9. Check your email associated with your ChainEX account, and open the "ChainEX - Disable Fund PIN" email.
10. After reading the email, click on "Disable Fund PIN".

Please note that for security purposes, disabling your Fund PIN will disable all withdrawals on ChainEX, both ZAR and Crypto, for 24 hours. After the 24-hour period has passed, you can resume all withdrawals.
