At ChainEX, we understand that tracking your transactions is important for traders. That's why we have made it easy for you to keep track of your trading activities.

When you access the ChainEX History Page, you will find a variety of options to help you monitor your transactions effectively. These include:

• My Active History
• My Order History
• My Trade History
• Deposits
• Withdrawals
• Active D/A Orders

Here's how you can download your transaction history in a CSV file:

1. Log in to your ChainEX account.
2. Go to the History Page.
3. Select the tab that corresponds to the type of transaction history you want to download.
4. Use the available filters to refine your search. For instance, if you want to download a CSV file of all your BTC/ZAR trades, select the "My Trade History" tab and set the filters to show BTC trades on the ZAR exchange.
5. Click on the "Search" button.
6. Once the results are displayed, click on the CSV download button located next to the search button.
7. Your device will prompt you to save the file. Click "Save" to download the CSV file to your device.

With this simple process, you can keep an accurate and accessible record of your transactions on ChainEX.
