What happens if I forgot my email address?

If you have forgotten your email address and can’t access your ChainEX account, you will need to contact ChainEX Support and log a ticket. We will then need to verify your identity before giving or changing your email address.

We will send you your email address and once you’ve received it, click on the activation link to reactivate your account.
