Frequently Asked Question

How do I enable and disable my Fund PIN?

Last Updated 2 years ago

What is Fund Pin?

Fund Pin is a 4 to 8-digit pin that is uniquely created by you and can be used as an extra layer of protection when placing any withdrawals. The reason for the Fund Pin is so that ChainEX users are no longer required to have their 2FA enabled in order to place a withdrawal but it is still recommended. Therefore when placing a withdrawal you can use the Fund Pin, 2FA, and/or both if you wish to do so.
