To cancel an active order, just follow these few steps:

1. Navigate and log into chainex.io
2. Select “Markets” on the top right
3. Select the market and pairing, as well as the order you want to cancel, on the top left.
4. On the top right, find your order book for that pairing and identify the active order you wish to cancel
5. Select “cancel” for that order
6. Confirm that you would like to cancel the order.

Please note: If your order is live, there is a possibility that it may be matched before it can be canceled.
