Frequently Asked Question

The Application Program Interface (API) will allow software programs to communicate with each other. To enable the API, follow these steps:

1. Log in to ChainEX (chainex.io)
2. Click on your name in the top right corner
3. Select Settings in the drop-down menu
4. Click on add new

ChainEX will now activate API capabilities for your account and generate an API private and public key.

Please Note: For your protection, you are required to enable 2FA in order to do the following:

• Add a new API
• Edit any current APIs already added
• Regenerate any API keys
