Frequently Asked Question

Wallets are where your digital currency is stored, and from where currency can be sent or received. A wallet relates to a specific currency, so the same wallet cannot be used for more than one currency.

You can follow these steps to generate a wallet:

1. Navigate and log into chainex.io
2. Identify which digital currency you would like to trade in.
3. Under “Action”, there are four different icons. Select the first icon - deposit (a Bitcoin with a down arrow).
4. Then select “Generate Wallet Address”

ChainEX will generate and provide your wallet address and QR code to you.
