If your account has been deactivated (see here), you can reactivate your account at any time by following these steps:

1. Go to chainex.io on your browser
2. Log into your deactivated account using your email address and last used password
3. If you have forgotten your password, you may request a reset
4. Confirm your account reactivation
5. Check your inbox for a reactivation confirmation email from ChainEX and open it
6. Confirm your account reactivation by selecting Reactivate my account in the email
