How do I track my open tickets?

Once you have logged a support with our ChainEX Support Agents and you would like to keep track of your ticket, simply follow the steps below:
- After you have logged your first ticket, you will receive a user activation email from the ChainEX Support Portal
- Select the provided URL to activate your account and select a password
- Go to chainex.io on your browser
- Select Support in the top right corner
- Select Login in the top right corner
- Log in to the Support Portal using the credentials from Step 2
Once you have logged in, select Check ticket status button from which you can keep track of all your tickets.
