Frequently Asked Question

If you have forgotten your password, follow these steps to easily reset your password:

1. Navigate to the following address on your browser: chainex.io
2. Select the “Sign in” button on the top right
3. Select “Forgot Password” to the bottom middle of the login interface.
4. Then enter the email address registered to your ChainEX account.
5. Select the “I'm not a robot” block to confirm that your request is valid.
6. Select “Reset Password”
7. Check your inbox for an email from ChainEX with instructions on how to reset your password and open it.
8. Select “Change Password” in the email
9. Enter a new password in the “Password” field.
10. Confirm your new password in the “Confirm password” field.
11. Then select “Reset password”.
12. A “Password changed” notification will pop-up, if you want to log in from this point, select the “Log in” button.
